Why do some teams or individuals always seem to win
the close contest?
Why do some individuals fold under pressure?
Why may a coach say he needs to find new motivated
players rather than motivate his current players?

1 or 2 % can often be the difference
between a WIN or a LOSS
Winning is a habit

In
sport the term 'in the zone' commonly
refers to being in the
flow, that
effortless peak performance when you spontaneously achieve on auto
pilot with only limited conscious thought. This level of
performance
is often described as freak or beyond normal levels of sports
performance.
The 4 Zone Model helps sports people identify the personal factors to more reliably be 'in the zone.'
Craig
Robertson is trained
as a life coach specialising in sports psychology.
Craig works
with professional sports people to enhance their performance,
motivation and results. Weekly telephone
coaching built around the 4 Zone Model and ecoach.co™
web tools, help sports people understand their strengths and weakeness in each of the 4 Zones that create 'in the zone' performance. This gives each client
a confidential mentor, a positive supporter who
is trusted with often very personal feelings
that
influence overall sports
performance and success.
In
1997, Craig Robertson studied the Coach to Win Sports Psychology
Diploma program at Newcastle College in the UK, reinforcing

improve individual success.
